- you look after guests throughout their stay
- you serve and sell food and drinks in the restaurant
- receive and advise guests at the hotel reception desk
- you create offers and invoices and manage the hotel cash desk
- you prepare guest rooms
- you plan personnel assignments
- you market the hotel and its events
- you plan guest and hotel events
The apprenticeship as a hotel specialist lasts 3 years. In the first year of your apprenticeship, you will attend vocational school in Heilbronn, and from the second year on, the school part of your training will take place in Bad Überkingen.
