14:30 Start of work and handover in the team
15:00 Care of guests in the afternoon with coffee & cake
17:00 Prepare mise en place for the evening service
17:30 Break with fresh and healthy staff meal
18:00 Welcome of the first guests in the evening
18:30 Recommend appetizers , serve food, recommend wines.
19:30 In between have a nice conversation with the guests at the table.
20:00 serve the next course, clear plates, bring drinks …you know the drill
21:30 make a joke with the kitchen – with us the kitchen is your friend
22:00 say goodbye to the last guests and prepare everything for the next day
23:00 End of work and sleep in tomorrow
