You fit to us if...
  • you are trained as a pastry chef and have already worked in this profession for two years.
  • your heart beats for chocolate, from which you can conjure up delicious “hip gold” in no time at all.
  • you are a creative mind, which optimally complements our 3 confectioners with new ideas.
  • you keep a cool head even in hot phases.
  • you don’t want to get up in the middle of the night. Work does not start until 07:00.
This is what your day in our pastry shop could look like....

07:00       Prepare ordered cakes for the cake cab.
08:00      Produce croissants for hotel guests, pastries for meetings and cakes for 10 cake counters.
12:00        Lunch break and refreshment with your team at the fresh and healthy staff meal.
12:30      Produce cookies, chocolate products, bedtime snacks, fruit and spreads.
13:30 Prepare mise en place. Produce butter crumble and shortbread, line molds. Process orders for the next day.
14:30 Coffee break (Sundays with cream topping ­čÖé )
14:45      Making cream cakes and wedding cakes and modeling marzipan figures.
15:30      End of work (if you are nice to the service, sometimes even with champagne).
